We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors or materials will be exact.
4. Shipping Policy

- Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
- Once your orders ship, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Most U.S. customers receive their package within 7-10 business days, depending on location.
- At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Guide Dots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, it is considered an undeliverable return-to-sender order.
We will contact the customer using the email provided at checkout.
Our Policy:
- We will reship the order once at no additional cost after confirming the correct address.
- If the package is returned again due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for paying the full cost of reshipping.
- If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, we will refund the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, the order will be considered unclaimed.
After 30 days, unclaimed returned packages may be donated or discarded, and no further refunds will be issued.

- Include a photo of the issue
- Choose either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
